There’s a limit to how many people/pets we can fit inside each of our 3D Crystal shapes and sizes. Photos that exceed this limit will be engraved in 2D (flat) instead of 3D.
For our 3D Crystal Accessories (keychains, necklaces, and wine stoppers) the figure limit is 2. There is no limit when you’re having your photo engraved in 2D, but bear in mind that we can achieve the most detailed results with 1-2 figures.
