Shipped: Your crystal or printed product has been completed, packaged, and made ready for pick up from the carrier. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, you'll receive an automated email with the tracking details. You can also track the order using the link below by providing your order number and email address.

In Transit: Your package has been picked up by the carrier and is en route to your shipping address. While extreme weather or carrier delays are beyond our control, we'll do our best to get your order to you on time.
Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided. If, for whatever reason, you don't see the package marked as delivered, please reach out to our customer support team using the information below.
