You’ll be able to view all previous purchases made from your account under your Profile. Select the Account icon at the top of the page or scroll down to the bottom and select Profile under My Account. Next, select the tab My Orders to see your history!
Any purchases made while not logged into your account will not appear in your order history.
You will also be able to view any pre-ordered 3D Previews in your order history. From there, you can apply your 3D Model to your crystal purchase. You can also request a rework if there’s anything about your model you’d like us to improve.
If You Did Not Create an Account
If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, your order details will not appear in an online order history. However, you still have two ways to access your order information:

Search your email inbox for messages from mail@artpix3d.com. All order confirmation emails, receipts, and shipping updates are sent from there.
