Do you include invoices in packages?
No — we do not include invoices, receipts, or pricing information inside our packages. This is intentional, as many of our items are sent as gifts. By leaving invoices out, we help ensure that the surprise isn’t spoiled for the recipient.
When placing your order, please use your own email address — not the recipient’s. All order confirmations, receipts, and tracking updates are sent via email. This way, the recipient won’t accidentally see pricing or spoil the surprise before the gift arrives.
What if the recipient calls to ask who sent the gift?
Sometimes, a recipient may receive a package and call us to find out who sent it. For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose the purchaser’s information. We understand that this might be disappointing for recipients, but we take customer privacy very seriously and cannot share personal details without permission.
If you’d like the recipient to know it’s from you, we recommend letting them know after the gift arrives.
